We are constantly told: We are anak Malaysia. We are lucky to be living in a beautiful country with no war, no disaster, no famine. We are multiracial, yet we live in peace and harmony.
Thus since pre-school, we were taught to stand united. We grew up knowing how fortunate we are. But were we brought up as anak Malaysia to pay for unreasonable petrol prices? RM2.70/litter, what the...? How ever are we going to survive? I read that Malaysia is the net exporter of crude oil, and the subsidy they gave us is actually the extra money the government makes. In fact, higher price for crude oil in the global market is better for us. So why the sudden fuel hike? This is going to cause a chain reaction, which means the cost of basic necessity is going to rise sky rocket high. Every single one of us are going to suffer, above all - the poor.
To whoever who did this, you stink. You reek the stench of rotten money that doesn’t belong to you. One day you gonna die and rot and you will be used as petroleum. You lied to us. You promise but never deliver for the March 8 election, again. Why honest hard living folks are to suffer hardship because of your greed? Do you know that many are just struggling to survive the high cost of living?
But does your heartless soul even care?
I hate corruption. I hate greedy people have everything yet desire more. They are the ones who caused the most disaster. So anak Malaysia, I urge you, let us all stand united to fight this corrupted nation, and hope and pray...for a better future.

hmm, i dunno about the corruption thing and all. but my mum's a econmics professor. basiclly, the whole world is suffering due to oil price. b4 this the gov, subsidies around 40 billion of the oil for us. that's the same as our negara development plan for a year. if they increase the subsidi then we loose in terms of development. that's why the gov has decided not to increase their subsidi, but that means we have to pay more. oil price has increased because the demands from india and china are so high. think of it like demand tinggi but supply limited. also,eventhough we have our own oil, our oil is expensive. cause it has low sulphur. its suitable for rich countries like japan. we get the subsidi from here i think. so that's why we can't use our oil.
i guess the gov finally increase cause, if they keep this up our nation can;t develop properly. cause all the money is being sent to subsidi our oil =/
