l-r : May Khei, Kei, me and Jasmine. (I'm reflected in the mirror, haha!!)
Kei was actually from room 1417, but since she always sneaking into our room to wallop up our food, she is considered one of us already... heehee!
I was placed...
in Group 1...

...The Newsflash 10!! Ooops, sorry Miuky, I mean Newsflash 10.5..!! Miuky (right corner) is our evil senior who loves inventing lame games purely to torture us.

Photo curi-ed from Kei.
Look at all the cool gadgets on the table!! We were equipped with videocams, laptops and cameras for our multimedia assignments.
Yea, this baby is mine. Advantage of being the camerawoman...Muahahaha!!

....however, being generous and loyal, I sacrifices it and stick to my lao ya camera instead.
Haha, no la... not all members have camera and we need as many photos as possible. Besides, I was not familiar with most of the functions.
Thus geared up, we set out to explore Penang road..!!

Penang, here we come!! Rawr!!
Eye Opener

(zoom in to see) Call me jakun if you like, but I've never seen any newstand selling Herald/Tribune newspapers before... O.o
There were trishaws everywhere

I took this at night before the camp started. Nice right the effect?
Promoting?
There were this crazy message scrawled everywhere: walls, dustbins, lampposts...
...like, yeah, so you can hold your booze, like I care? *rolling eyes*
Bottlecaps

Gee, guess this is what they do when they are sober...

Yes yes, I ter-took my toes again.
Tram track
Amazingly, this was chosen to be featured in the Star. Not because it was good or anything, it just that this was the only photo of the historical tram track.
Personally I think this is better... Btw, that shadow in the picture before is not a tree, it's me, ok??

Niki said the lamppost spoilt the picture. I argued it was impossible to not take the lamppost because it was right in front of the temple! He said I should be smarter in my angling.
*merajuk*

I em fu! So before I leave Penang, I took again. But I still think the lamppost one better...
And we enter the ever busy Chowrasta Market...
...at a random shop, I saw this group of boys buying toys.

And this little guy is using his Raya money!! Wow, he saved until today?? Aiya, I forgotten to ask what is his secret...
Wandered into that shop...
So cacat!! We are in Penang, ape lar...
Nutmegs...
....are Penangnite's staple diet.
You can't believe the amount of people and bees we saw drowning in nutmegs. Haha!
While downstairs is colourful and vibrant...
...upstairs~
goods:customers - 10000:1
Empty empty empty
...until we came la, that's it. We when positely crazy when we heard how cheap the books are. I bought Mitch Albom's for only RM20 weh!!
Tucked away at a corner...

He made the coffee within 5 seconds, so geng! Belanja me somemore, so paiseh~
And of course, Penang wouldn't be complete without....

Goey goey~ just feast your eyes on it...

Anyone wants to migrate to Penang with me?
Notice anything usual?

The amount of ingredients! Practically overflowing weh~

So traditional I tell you... and so cheap... You think you had died and went back to the past~
And of course, I won't be complete without

Poor kitty kena trapped... We were puzzled how it manage to go into that abandon shoplot in the first place.

And this kitty follow people around!! Kindda reminds me of my Blackie who ran away....
Layers of time

If you search for things that are beautiful, you'll sure to find it...
